These terms apply to every order placed with Carly Club through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation email; a contract is formed at that point.
If we cannot accept your order — for example if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or the payment is declined — we will tell you and refund any amount taken in full.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide a delivery address within the United Kingdom.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout.
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We accept card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund you in full.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography, dimensions and colours are indicative, and screen colours can vary slightly from the finished product.
Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery timescales, costs and processing times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with all tags and packaging.
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return; your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds.

If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible at team@carlyclub.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full.
If it has already been dispatched, return it under the returns process above.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order; our 30-day returns window is offered in addition to that right.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email team@carlyclub.co.uk with your order number and photographs within a reasonable time of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original and return postage, at no cost to you.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not liable for business losses; our products are supplied for personal use.
We do not limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
The Carly Club name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and site design are owned by Carly Club and protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party event, brand and team names shown on patches or imagery belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
We may suspend or withdraw the site, or an account, where reasonably necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
