Carly Club sells performance accessories to customers in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you visit our website, create an account, join our mailing list or place an order.

Order and delivery details: your name, email address, delivery address, and order contents.
Account details: your email address and sign-in credentials if you create a Carly Club account, plus your order history.
Marketing details: your email address if you join the Carly Club mailing list.
Technical details: basic information your browser sends, such as device type, browser, and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.
We do not collect or store your full card number, expiry date or security code at any point.
To take payment, process, pack and deliver your order, and send order and delivery updates.
To provide customer support, handle returns, refunds and warranty queries.
To operate your account and show your order history.
To send marketing emails where you have signed up, and to apply any welcome discount.
To protect against fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your card or wallet details are collected directly by Stripe in a secure, hosted checkout — they are never handled or stored by Carly Club.
Stripe shares limited information back with us so we can fulfil your order: your name, email address, delivery address, the amount paid, the payment status and a payment reference.
Stripe acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects. Their privacy notice is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the website to work — for example keeping your basket, keeping you signed in, and completing checkout securely with Stripe.
Stripe also sets cookies as part of its fraud prevention and payment processing.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including checkout, may then stop working correctly.
If you join the Carly Club mailing list we will email you about new products, restocks and offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing team@carlyclub.co.uk. Unsubscribing does not stop essential emails about an order you have placed.

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Account and mailing list data is kept until you close your account or unsubscribe, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
